Board Policies

U.S. IOOS Regional Associations (RAs) engage with their communities to learn about user needs for coastal information and data. Representatives from all 11 RAs participate in the IOOS Outreach Committee. The committee holds monthly calls to share and discuss effective communication strategies, successes and lessons learned. By sharing knowledge, RAs are significantly leveraging resources both financially and programmatically.
